Due to the market demand, we follow a strategy that supports the production through staff recruitment and the placement of means of industrial assembly, which are necessary for the good execution of work assignments through SMTT - Asset Selection and Recruitment and LOCAUS – EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, LDA..
We operate in both national and international markets, in diverse fields, such as industry, building construction, commerce and services.

History
A Soldometal nasceu em 1979 e passou em 2022 para a segunda geração, potencializando assim a empresa para uma nova era de gestão, que conta com mais de 200 clientes na sua longa atividade.
Na área de Trabalho Temporário, apresenta-se com a experiente Locaus desde 2004, juntando o suporte e profissionalismo da SMTT para a seleção e recrutamento de ativos desde 2022.
